We received this email from a friend who has been to India with us on several occasions...wanted to pass along the information.

I received a letter from Sonika, one of the young girls in Balasan. She said to tell the medical team that the people in Balasan said "jaimasi" and that they are anxious for our return in November. She also asked that we pray for her eyes. I can't read some of her handwriting but she had gone to the hospital (not sure where) for a problem with her eyes and was concerned that she could not see well enough to complete her school exams. I can't read the date of the letter either so this could all be very old news depending on how long it took for the letter to arrive here. Just wanted to let you know.
